Club Rules and Constitution

The Club is a not-for-profit organisation registered as The Petroleum Club of WA (Inc.).

The object of the Club is to:

(a) promote and encourage social intercourse between its members

(b) provide means and facilities for persons engaged in and concerned with the petroleum industry to meet

ANNUAL GENERAL MEETINGS:

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in September of each year on a date set by the Board of Governors.

The 2016 AGM will be held at The Hyatt Regency Perth on Wednesday 7th September at 6pm.

All financial members are valid to vote at the AGM to appoint the incoming Board of Governors.

POLICIES:

Member and Guest bookings

Members will receive the discounted member rate to events as long as they are a current and financial member of the Club.

Non-members can attend activities as guests of financial members in attendance with a paid and current financial Member of that same event booking, and are entitled to receive the member guest rate to the event.

Non-members can attend events hosted by the Club at the non-member rate as specified on the booking form.

Security Policy:

When purchasing from PCWA your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure sockets layer) encryption technology.
