The 2018-19 Federal Budget, released by the Treasurer in Canberra this evening, has again highlighted the significant contribution Australia’s natural gas industry makes to our nation’s economic well-being and energy security.
While many people recognise the competitive advantage that a personnel management system can bring or the efficiencies it can offer, how and where to begin implementing a system is a question on the minds of many businesses.
Paul Sergeant
After studying Mechanical Engineering, Paul Sergeant started his oil and gas career with BP in the late 1980s before moving to Aberdeen to work with an asset management consultancy supporting energy majors in the North Sea.
This initial exposure to the industry led Paul down the tried and tested path of traversing the oil and gas centres around the globe including Norway, Australia, Malaysia, and Singapore.
Since returning to Perth Sergeant has worked in several engineering positions before settling into his current role at Nihar Associates.
The oil and gas industry can seem pretty daunting for uninitiated. In fact, measuring a whopping 1.26 trillion US dollars in 2013 alone, the industry can still seem pretty daunting for the initiated too.
