Mentoring is a proven approach to drive rich learning and development for both mentees and mentors, and our 6 month program is designed to do exactly that. We have developed the framework to ensure this program is mutually beneficial for both mentor and mentee, encouraging them to share their knowledge, skills and life experience to guide one another to reach their full potential.
